Demographics: Generation Z

Generation Z were born between 1997 and 2010 and are now in the workforce.

They are typically the children of Generation X and would have no idea of a time before the internet.

Interestingly, initial research suggests that Generation Z prefer face-to-face interactions in the workplace, are focused on saving money and expect to work harder than previous generations.
